wah.. it's the 5th of july.. one day more before mel birthday..

hmm.. the cake was supposedly to arrived around 9am-12pm..

i arranged this time cus i thought sunday if going party world, scared that the cake will arrived late.. and thus, i will be late for the meet up..

and so, the cake arrived at very super duper sharp.. 9am!

it was so long and big.. i thought 2kg very small mah..

in the end, it cannot fit into my fridge.. even though i dismantled one row..

No choice, i got to contact melody mum.. and asked her how.. whether possible to put at their house.. the cake definitely can fit into their fridge..

but she said, she would not be at home.. as she's going out..

so i suggested,the only choice left.. mel's uncle auntie house..

therefore, confirm. i will be taking down a cab to transport the cake there.

because grandparents are in the house.. her mom also asked me to join them for dinner..

ya, i cancelled my work.. supposed to be going suntec.. but abit no point la.. cus if i worked 12-6.. den still must take 1 hr train go there.. might as well rest..

a very funny subject when i talked to the taxi uncle.. we were talking about condo..

den he commented that the condo that im going is very dangerous..

so i asked him how come eh.. he said.. cus alot of glass and next to it is petrol station..

LOL!! damn funny.. and he sent me to the carpark..

grandparents were very nice.. esp when i called them saying im arriving..

What does it mean by loving unconditionally?
Do we constantly love unconditionally to the ones around us?
When we love someone unconditionally, we are accepting them as who they are and contribute to their happiness. We always think that we are unconditionally loving our other half. Parents always think that they are loving us unconditionally. But we often become annoyed or irritated when they don’t follow our way. Doesn’t that mean that we are not loving enough?

Sometimes, love may not be 100% genuine when they are presence of this 2 factors; Disappointment and anger.
We as human being, we get angry, frown, get upset, sigh with disappointment, speak in harsh tone. At that moment, we are not caring for our partner’s happiness, but only for our own. Then, he will see our selfishness.
(i can't say mine is a 100% truely really genuine love. but at least, this 2 factors have been present, passed and gone. )

Relationships often fail because of many factors. One of which, we become angry/blame our anger on some thing he did / did not do. Think about it, getting angry unnecessary are selfish to our other half. We can’t be genuinely love our partner if we are constantly picking on them or getting angry at them. Remember, next time if we are married, and begin our lives together, the lists of stuff for you to disagree also becomes endless. In life, there’s so many little things to disagree on, how sure will we know whether we are compatible?

I would say, true love must have stood the test of time. Perhaps, mine have or haven't. It must have weathered many rough storms and come through the difficult times. It must have proven strong enough to withstand periods of neglect while sometimes we may pursue other things in our lives. (Maybe our thinkings have changed because of certain things. We certainly have grown up a little thorugh certain things. )

In life, it is definitely with challenges and obstacles that give us the opportunity to deepen our love and commitment. I dunno what's wrong with me. Just wanna blog about this.
Perhaps, it's because of the 9pm show. .

After all obstacles, Tay Ping hui and Ann kok, they got back together.
He looked back for her and wished that they can drew a perfect map together.
He became a househusband after quitting his lawyer job.
Ann kok, a career woman, pursued her dreams in climbing the corporate ladder.
She failed to understand her son, put him in numerous studies pressure.
And, the son portrayed the mum as a evil witch.

Another one, regretted marriage and choose to be a run-away bride.
She backed out of the perfect marriage, after seeing how her friends suffered in marriages.
Now, she’s pregnant and taking care of the children on her own.
Does she feel happy now? At least, she has the courage to keep the children on her own, and now, she is waiting for the child’s dad to come back.

Saturday

Had PPP course yesterday.. our teacher was quite nice.. in his mid 20s.. also graduated from Ngee Ann Poly.. He promised us to end our lesson earlier instead of 1pm.. because the topic taught was too dry at the back.. about work place culture etc..

Then, went to meet Melody to source for some materials for our Corporate Finance Project..
We almost shop till we dropped HAHA !

Melody, i got the pouches, dices and calculators with me liao..
Pouches: Yellow and Blue
Dices: 8 in a pack (in a wooden box)
calculator: carrefour $1.90(but different as the one we saw.. cus dhoby carrefour only gt limited)
There's loads of handicrafts, wrapping stuffs there.. we can take a look next time..

Head down to centrepoint and settled some things for my work..
Need to do up some forms and time sheets.. And waiting for first paycheck to come in..
can't spend too much liao.. restricted alot.. must be discliplined and return money..

Then, went to hougang to find my SO.. cus i need to take money from him.. for the club later..

Took train down to clarke quay and meet ying.. den go find jo and the rest..
the rest was friends of jo.. two was underaged and yet want to club..
they wanted to use other's ez-link card to go in..
in the end, never.. cus jo had a friend whose member i tink.. can sign people in free (no drinks)
so, the 2 girls passed me and ying money for the entrance fee (so, like they paid lah )..

Aiya, i don't see the point why underaged want to go haha.. correct?
wait like 6more months or wad lor.. since the 18th birthday around dec..
end up good, don't need pay for entrance.. (no drinks)

the place was full of..... "people".. i hate them.

OMG. when i meet my SO at clarke quay after he and his friend drank..
he was still okay.. until we took cab to my hse dwnstairs.. he vomitted..
And, when he went home, he collapsed..
i have no strength to carry him.. so i pulled and pulled.. dragged..
he fell to the floor and slept..
i was so damn angry.. cus he don't want bath.. and my room stinks of beer smell..
i melted one bucket of ice.. soaked a towel in ice.. and wrapped his Face..
although gave him a shock, but he slept anyway..

Friday

anyway, that friday night we went prawning at bishan dere around 10plus..
before that, one of my uncle (mom side) came.. to talk to us.. and when he leave.. he passed us a envelope..
to my mom's shock, inside was a few k.. but we decide to return to him..
but take only like $500 for the household..
it's never good to owe people too much money..

my dad had a change of job.. now no longer working for my eldest uncle (mom side)
changed to work under my smallest uncle (mom side)
although there might be a conflict of interest.. but, it is my uncle who hinted to all staff to leave..
then, many things happen also.. and my dad n the rest couldn't take it anymore..
so, they quitted altogether..

anyway, usually when we eat,
we don't talk every seconds every minutes throughout the whole meal.
and on my right hand side, there's this couple,
whose girl, is damn freaking noisy.
every second got one sentence out from her mouth..
and makes unneccesary noise.. freaking irritating..

Ended work yesterday super late, as compared to normal time.. around 12 plus..
it was the last day of the fair at marina square..
need to pack all the demo sets, count stock, load the stuff.
then, settlement was abit problem also. that's why we couldn't go off earlier.
i was almost misunderstood for taking $298, but luckily problem was solved..

colleagues offered to drive me home, but i din take. otherwise, i probably nid to wait til 1plus.
i took a cab home from msq..

been busy lately with work and personal life, therefore the lazyness to update the blog.

his grandfather passed away earlier in the week..
sometimes, when u least expect it, it happens.
he was still alright u know.. can react/response..
the next day (after me n bf visited him), bf's mom went to hosp in e morning..
and the nurse told her that he cannot really make it alrdy.. so, they put the oxygen tank..

afterwhich, bf's mom notify everybody.. and everyone rushed down from work.. near 50 family members.. bf called the manager and then he was able to rush down..

when changing another bottle of oxygen, the nurse asked them to consider..
because he is already going.. either to prolong by oxygen every few hrs.. or not..
after much discussion, then the nurse did not change the oxygen tank when it is going to finish..
afterwhich, he falls into a deep sleep.. and never awake..

we two are glad, that we did make a point to go dwn and visit him the day before.
really really glad. to see him eating.. gesturing us to do things.. holding my hand and sleep..

came back from my cousin's wedding at goodwood park hotel..
simple,short, sweet and nice. around 35 tables at windsor ballroom..

realised SAM machines can pay the NP sch fees..
they actually send the voucher for payment.. cus they couldn't deduct the amt successfully..
acutally, i saw the letter alrdy in the mailbox.. but i locked back again..
haha, maybe if i forever never open letterbox, and i will never know.. (naive haha)

borrowed the entire sum from relative and paying the sch by next wed..
never in my life, have i borrowed such a big sum.. 1.2k..
of cos i need to pay back.. but will take around 5 or 6mths no problem..

Another week has passed..
Weekends were tiring, but still manageable..

Woke up early today.. Did some things, then went to his house to drop some things..
Then, went to j8 for ajisen wif my parents and him..

Took cab down to TTS to visit his grandpa..
stayed for 3 hrs plus.. doctor have no ways alrdy..
not say he is sick, just that old alrdy, cun swollow things..
then, due to the fact that he does not want to cooperate for the insertion of the pipe..
he wasn't able to drink the milk.. hence, no nutrition also..

when we went there, he kept telling us to get him rice and porridge..
we managed to convinced him to drink milk instead..
but drink abit then vomit out.. cun get in also..

like very poor thing.. we know he is hungry.. but he doesn't wan to use pipes..
wad to do..

Bought some things at ntuc before going home.. end up paying around 70+
had dinner at home..
and that's the end of my day.. :)

2 very naughty secondary friends bluff me to go balcony.
so, we drank there and ordered two jugs.
but, me and ying drank finish 1 jug vodka cran.

jo got us whiskey i think.. and then,

we went up the platform and dance.

now, it's old and retiring. everything in the pc has burnt (shao diao ler)

it costs me $3000 to buy it when i was in primary 3..
collecting all my ang pow money, and all the red packet when i have during birthday..
it cost a stupid $3000 to buy a computer set, which is worthless now.
the fat monitor and fat/big (pentium 3)cpu, and supposedly very good speakers..

started today by having 2 lessons in schools..
then, off to jurong east for some snow fun..
ate kfc for lunch..
but apparently, the snow was fun but not much things to play around..
except for the snow slide..

then, took a bus down to town and walk around at far east..
but we both bought nothing..
went for the premiere for 'Sex And The City'..

i swear that this movie is damn nice. absolutely loved it.
the story revolves around 4 ladies, main character by Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie.
It features how her supposedly perfect wedding, perfect pent house, perfect walk-in wardrobe, turns out to be a disaster.
The groom, being her 3rd marriage, were hesistating. He called her numerous time, wanting to confirm the 'marriage' via phone. But he couldn't get her.

And he U-turn back. and everything goes wrong.

It's heart wrenching, touching at certain scenes. there's naked scene as well, cus it's M18..
Everybody in the end have their happy ending, ending in their 40s and 50s, and realising alot of things such as love (dun live with regrets), friendship (strong and remarkable ones)..

The show was full-house, as in full to every single seats. and, u can hear everyone sniffing.

ok, back to the real world now.

had a bicker with him just now. he just doesn't listen to my opinion always.
and it causes him to lose 2.5k+

why? because he cancelled his current insurance (which he had been paying for several years), and decided to cancel it. The reason being, his friend, introduced him a really great plan, obviously from another company. Customers can chose to cancel endowment plans at any time, but it comes with a price. I gave him opinions, which i believe, if i were to tell his mom (which i dare), his mom would also agree with me.

Though the new plans is an investment plan, able to cancel anytime (depending on what's the return at the moment), i still stands to my stand firmly.

She feels sick yesterday in the morning..
she vomit 2 times in the early morning..
few days ago, same also..
she doesn't have appetite to eat.. totally never eat..

brought her to the usual clinic at upper serangoon road sunday early morning..
doctor gave her 2 jabs.. one antibiotics and another Vitamin (to improve appetite)

prescribed her some medications as well.. antibiotics and stop vomit..

had a hard time feeling her.. had to smear with some honey and pour inside her mouth..

poor thing..

Last Thursday after school..
accompany melody go home.. her leg was in pain..

It's been a long time since i really sit down and blog.

to talk without thinking is one thing, to talk and let everyone know that you are not thinking is totally like an idiot. i dunno why i thought about this, it just comes to my mind.
sometimes, when u hear people say something that is so ridiculous, u definitely will not hesistate to roll your eyes and close your ears.

why do i say so?

sometimes, i wonder.
Wonder why some people doesn't seem to grow up?
At this point in time, don't tell me you have not realised life's stuff and importance of studying.
im not stating that im a bright person nor a know-all guru. But, isn't this the point of time, you wake up and realise??
Exclaimed that she hate school, hate her course, hate studying, hate doing tutorials, i turned and said, if you dun wanna study now, how many more semester u have? this is the last semester alrdy, xiao jie !

guess what she said? aiya, i go university then study and do homework. just let me go university and i will not distracted and buck up.
Why some people simply don't learn?
Why some people simply just want to compare nonsensical things. (it really gets on my nerve.)
Why some people can tell me she hate studying, she hate school, and yet she wants to go uni?

Why some people loves to compare about bfs?
(exclaming and complaining how her bf behaves in front of a friend, and exclaiming that an older bf is good due to etc etc etc. I Simply want to shoot this in her face, if you really find that your bf have so many problems, and you will go to the extent of putting him totally down, then what's the point of being together? If you really cares about age differences, then u can happily go and find someone whose age is Very apart from you. )

Why some people state of mind and sensitivity is still at 5 yrs old level?
Speaking about university. Honestly, Who does not want to enter university?
You often admire at people's glory, exclaiming, " wah, so-and-so now at university ah !"
It's the society that made us chase at certificate.
When asked me whether do i wanna go university, i simply say 'No' because i do not want to further elaborate and explain the situation. Deep down, i wanted to.
Asked me again, WHY i do not wanna go university, i just said 'Not enough, family income '
Told me again, 'oh, asked papa mama pay lah'
How clever is this answer, you tell me? isn't that like using a rod and hit a rod..

This words comes out from the mouth of someone who doesn't like studying very very much, hates her course, but yet want to go university to further. This kind of people don't know how to treasure her own life, it's fortunate for her yet wrong attitude. She does not understand how people struggle to get a diploma, yet some, can just easily pay money get in and waste the time

that's the difference between a good friend and a friend.

while my dad was driving me to school today, i asked him for $20k out of a sudden.
i told him that's roughly hw much MDIS degree are around.
He said, $200 he have, not $20k. He asked me to take my time, and dun pressurise myself.

it totally burnt my wallet. add the gst and service charge total to $160+

i din expect the miscellaneous charges adds up to near 40 bucks..

the food was quite nice.. but portion abit small.. was asked to work one day on wednesday at marina square..
that stretch of marina square was damn quiet

Friday - Town

After CFAS tutorial at 5pm, went off to town.. He was quite punctual.. called me when i just came out and was already waiting at the sch bustop..

Since Zijuan also going to town with her bf.. we took the same bus to taka together..

We bid goodbye when we reached there.. cus we wanted to makan first before the dinner crowd.

Headed to AJItei at taka basement.. (a celebration of 1.5yr anniversary)

it's a long story.. wasn't able to go to sch on monday..
was given 3 days MC by doctor..
haha, fainted when i woke up on monday..
had fever on sunday night after bringing dog to groom in the afternoon

when i woke up, went to the toilet, den come out wanted to brush teeth..
i shouted; wo yao yun ler...
den after awhile.. my parents both were supporting me at the back..
their voices were so loud, keep calling me.. all i wanted to do was close my eyes

then, i wanted to vomit.. keep wanting to vomit.. nth came out..
i went to sit down on my own at chair.. den black out again..
both of them were so panicked that they called the ambulance..
cus they dunno how to bring me to the clinic if i cun walk..

even, when the paramedics reached, i still see them as very purplish in colour..
they tested my blood pressure and gave me the mask for asthma..
they insisted that i must go down for a check..

went to genting last weekend..
the trip was alright.. boring part was having to wait for 8 hours to check in the hotel on the first day.. total damage around rm 850 for 4 person.. excluding tickets of $480..

was pretty packed in the outdoor themepark since it was a weekend..
bought a few boxes of tau sar pia for my grandma and his family..

reach in the morning.. only allowed to check in at 12pm.. can rot sia

Chinese New Year Eve

Ate reunion dinner at my place with him.

He only worked until 4.30pm that day while i did not work.

After the dinner, we went prawning at bishan there.

cabbed back home after that..

Went visiting dad's side (amk) first and had lunch there.

Then, went to mum's side and gathered at uncle's place (west)

Everyone had lotsa fun with doggie.

Went to his house to bai nian first. Had lunch there, and got some ang pow from his relatives.

Headed back to my place tgt. Majority of my mum's side uncles came and bai nian cus my mom is the eldest.

Then we had some food at my place, den set off to his gu gu hse to bai nian.

His dad's side relatives all gathered there. It's Been the 2nd time going there ler..

Had yu sheng and nice foodie.

here comes something that make me very pissed off:

first of all, all along i dislike one of his cousin's gf. giving people the 'u owe me money' face everytime. and suay suay, always have to sit near her. and then, i will shift away.

me and my bf were there first. and then after half an hour, they reached the place.

The sucky part is, she placed her bag near my bag. and sticking closely to my bag. wth

and then we had the same bag. exactly the same. wtf man. except for diff colour.

so many place to put. why must put ur same dark brown coach bag stick wif my light brown coach bag. idiot banana!!

and then, people start commenting, wah same bag ha.. wah lao eh.. nth can be more suay as getting the same bag as someone u dislike loh. piss man. make sure next year i sweep ur bag away.

Went bai nian around. den last stop is at my cousin's house !!

one of my secondary sch frd actually commented that im far different from what i am in secondary school.. as compared, he actually mentioned that i was more 'crazy' in secondary school than i was now.. lol, maybe i inside also very crazy now haha.. but appears to be serious..

sometimes, i feel that it's the circumstances/conditions that u are in, that makes a person,

there's so much things i want to do.. and yet i do not seem to have the time and energy to.. a

nd sometimes i can't wait to take a long break for myself, in which, i dun tink i will be able to do that in the coming few months or years. I have too much things to care about.. and i feel the tiredness already..

For me, sometimes i want to clarify, i may appear to be in a good financial position. but sad to say, i have not gotten that status yet. It's not that bad, as to, u know, starving. The only word i can use is just-enough. I dun like to depend on him esp, im not someone who want to dig money from him, and it's not as if he is earning alot. Although sometimes i admit i'm abit sai-nai or spolit, want this want that, but in my mind, im running careful thoughts. But usually, this only happens once in a blue m00n..

Nobody can understand what im going thru. and i wun be able to understand what other ppl are going through. As the saying goes, jia jia you ben nan nian de jing. Everyone have their difficulty, but nobody will go around telling other people, unless neccessary. Sometimes, i'm feeling stress until i really feel like giving up studying. There's too much things to be taken care of.. the burden is hurting me.. and i'm going to burst already.. always wanted to cry out loud.. why am i in such a position.. and not able to take my life easy and chill down..

m0ney doesn't comes easily.. please think before spending.. what im getting is barely enough to meet my hse needs.. i really need a shoulder to lie on.. wo zhen de hao lei.. I need the school to do something and not keep telling me to wait. Why are they so slow in giving money, yet so fast in taking money?

They are so inefficient. everytime i tried calling someone from the department, let say, Mrs A, when i asked her something, she directs me to call Mrs B at this number. And when i called Mrs B, she will asked me to call Mrs C at this number. And so on.

What is this? This is not called a caring campus lor. if people really need ur money to survive, i believe the person would have died from dialling so many number.

she is really the love of our family now..

the dog was bought my dear for me and my family. Luckily, my mom consent to having a dog in the house ultimately, provided we try to help as much as possible. Now, she has become the precious and biggest lao da at home, bringing us lots of joys and laughters.

having a puppy is so much like having a new born baby. she behaves exactly like a kid.. curious, naughty, active, destructive, whiny, and of course, an adorable fur kid. now, she is an alert watch dog of the house, barking away at salesman..

in short, need a lot of patience and willingness to take care of a dog.

for the first few weeks, they might not be used to the new surroundings.. and tend to do things that are out of control. It is only through discipline and commitment to make them understand what is right or wrong.

For Cherry, she poo and pee around, when she was new to the surrounding. It was horrible, when u are in a hurry to go out, and yet, u step on a puddle of pee.

But what to do? They are our precious ones still~

From the bottom of my heart, sometimes i wish that the public could be more understanding.

They are our precious ones, we loved to bring them out as much as we could.

But during meal times, we have no choice. Of cos, we would try to seat as outside as possible, and put them in the dog carrier, or maybe to the extent of cleaning the seats if they ever seat on it. maybe, the public should show a pity on dog owners.

all her things are expensive. cutting her hair alone can cut mine 3 times! guess i have to cut down in my expenses already.. though my expenses is alrdy at the minimum..

no matter hw poor or rich i am, i will still continue to give her the best. <3

HOW.. HOW.. damn stressed out inside this month..

coming to month end alrdy.. but i have alrdy 'advanced' my pay alrdy..
have to pay car insurance for dad..

feeling damn frustrated.. can't the school just process my bursary faster..
say wad system cock up.. the person quit.. lost data wadever..
nb.. good quit not quit.. quit at this period of time..
pls, can 2008 come quick.. or pray tio 4d hehehe

tinking of taking up tuition oso.. but.. duno whether can be up to standard anot..
frd's frd open a tuition centre though..

two person being together is not easy..

so, we went for a indo oil massage at those huts.. really solid power man..

went for a late lunch in the restaurant ,inside resort
the menu states that there is a 11% tax n 10% SC.. -_-*

spent 100,000 rupiah in pizzahut !! convert is roughly $16

2pasta, 1 seafood platter, 1 banana split (3scoops of icecream), 1 cafe latte

their unique menu.. with rice !
oriental chicken teriyaki spagh.. we booked the cab for 3hrs plus..

in the carpark, waiting for the cab to come and zai us..
damage is $35 like tat for the cab ride..

a couple together for ten years. Yet, the guy now has another girl. and furthermore, the gf was once angry and now forgave him. i wonder, is this situation going to go on forever?

the most busy saturday..
woke up at 7pm to get ready to go ica.. despite slping at 2am
previous nite due to dear's frd bbq..
went to renew my passport.. long queue

reach there around 9am.. waited until 12 plus den okay..

headed down to ikea @tampines after that..

shopped alot for the house. ard $70+

ate at ikea oso.. their concept is so cool man.. and the food quite nice oso..

drinks are refillable too @$1.. hahaha..

den went to giant and spent ard $30+

got home ard evening.. and brought cherry downstairs to walk n play..

2wk+ more to go will be our 1st year anniversary..

would be celebrating it at bintan/batam resort.. c hw it goes..

cus he could only have 2 days off at a go.. so have to be 2d1n..

Last saturday, went for the Singapore Stock Challenge held at NP, with stella..
had to take a day off from work..
total number of participants was around 150 i think..
it was sponsored by citibank, and the facilitators were from canada.
everyone loved their style of teaching, it's so much diff from spore..
they were able to capture everybody's attention with their neverending jokes.

overall, i did enjoyed the day learning and playing..

Went to a wedding dinner at furama last friday.. the food was superbly nice.. :)

Last Sunday was As Usual.. Watched Rataouille in amk hub after work..
The movie was funny very cartoony.. but i felt asleep in the middle.. too tired alrdy..
7 days in a week got to wake up early and go work..

Days at Pru is quite fun. Always waiting for lunch with their other PAs..

2nd wk at work..

met some really gd frds there.. around my age..

need some slp badly..

slpt at 4am on sat night , dar went prawning wif his frds at pasir ris..
then he asked me go along.. den go loh..

the next day, sunday, need to open shop at 10am.. couldn't wake up on time and was late..
went to ah mah hse wif dar , and played wif cousins.. slpt at 2plus..

then today woke up at 7am.. left the hse at 8.. and reached at 9am..

struggling to maintain the two jobs.. sometimes i just wish that im filthy rich.. loaded..

First day of internship
It was a fun day at work today.. sitted outside my manager office as a PA/secretary..
had to complete quite a number of things today.. time passed esp fast..
ate lunch with the fellow other manager's secretaries..
checking list of my manager's client.. check the delay.. solve the delay..
type print.. type print.. book medical appt for client.. fax..
got my corporate email today..

my labtop was on for the whole day..
erhem, side track a little bit, kind of starving in the office.. luckily, other PA offered me some chocolates and mars.. gonna stock some butter biscuits dere tml.. hide it under my desk.. hehe

i'm trying very hard to remember all my team names and their faces..
gonna sleep early tml.. it's a long day tomorrow..

ate asian kitchen at marina square for dinner b4 fireworks.

they have the shortest and fastest queue among all the other restaurants at marina..

it was damn pack inside the mall.. machiam everything was free ..

we went there around 8 and was alrdy squeezed at e back.

so we waited and waited..

16th august - his big day

told a lie and managed to get him to harbourfront tower 2.

i said that my colleague gave me a discounted ticket for cable rides.

so just nice, he went to the gents. and i 'pretended' that i have bought the tickets.

so off we go excitedly to board the cable car.

when we reached mount faber, i showed the reservation slip to the person

and was told to wait awhile while they prepared the sky dining cabin..

it was during this part when the person mentioned 'sky dining',

the secret is finally revealed.. =))

the ndp yesterday was a very refreshing one from previous years. But the sad thing is, i have never been to a live NDP before in my life. how pathetic for me!
Anyway, going to catch the fireworks on the next sat 18th August.
It's a fireworks celebration held only for two days with fireworks from europe and asia.

went down to prudential for briefing regarding attachment matters..
at tanjong pagar there.. there's actually a mini shopping centre there.. icon village i tink..

i'm directly under the manager.. sitted outside his room..
the work environment is pretty fast paced..
the recruitment officer (smu intern) would be leaving soon as it's coming to the end of his 10 weeks attachment period..
so for today, he taught me some of the things to be done.. and pass some of the material to me..

then, had lunch (thai food) tgt wif the manager n the officer.. the manager's treat of cos~

have to wear formal attire.. except for monday.. dress-down..

then, rushed down to school for briefing regarding ITP (industrial training progr)

Somewhere around the beginning of june, i bought a new sling bag (from one of the shop near my workplace). It is only recently, then i open up from the plastic bag and realise there is a big defective mark (plaster size). the mark was actually a iron-on. Most likely, the bag is alrdy defective but somehow, they managed to 'paste' a patch back there.

of course, im not very happy abt it. but since just neighbours, i just went to ask about it.

and yet, the boss deny that it is his fault. he totally push all the blame to me. and indirectly said that im the one, who make the defect. so he claimed that it must be within 7days then can exchanged, whereas mine, has already pass 1wk. so naturally he refused to take any responsibility for it. and shifts the entire manufacturing fault to me.

IM NOT THE ONE WHO IRON THE PLASTER-SIZE PATCH BACK ON IT !
DO U TINK I WILL HAVE SUCH A SKILL TO IRON /SEW THE MATERIAL BACK?

not only did he say it's not his fault, he said that he REALLY CUN DO ANYTHING.
not even a sorry. at least if he say something nicer, like, if u really like any other design, i can give u 10% off or something.
he didn't. so it seems like im the one at fault.

CONCLUSION: SOME PEOPLE JUST DUNO HOW TO DO BUSINESS.
if he is continue-ing to do this to other customers, i bet he will lose customers sooner or later.

dinner was fantastic yesterday!~

me and my 2collegues ordered pizza variety meal (2personal pan, 4drumlets,4breads and starrymunchies) + another 8drumlets.
hehee :x the delivery man gave us wrong. gave us additional 4 bread and 8drumlets.

but we couldn't care less. we ate and ate. i was supposed to cut down on food and i still ate so much. boo. luckily, it was a treat :)
